Q+A
What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any interesting hobbies?
I enjoy photography (especially while traveling), working out, and staying involved at my church.
What’s the best gift you’ve ever received?
My mom’s 1980 Winter Olympics Lake Placid crewneck. I’ll show you a picture if you ask!
What is the most daring thing you've ever done?
Probably moving to Texas after I graduated college. I grew up in Indiana and went to Purdue University (Boiler Up!), so this is the first time in my life that I get to experience new things on my own. I would encourage anyone thinking about doing it to try it out!
What Core Value resonates with you the most?
I identify the most with respect. I try to get to know all of my coworkers because everyone is important to the team, regardless of your position. I try to make everyone feel like their work, input, and time is valued. Having this mutual feeling towards your team is the key to a great, functioning team.
Why did you choose this career?
I have a passion for serving the community and solving complicated problems with technical solutions.
