Pio Bianchini is a dedicated Civil Project Engineer in Dunaway’s Dallas office, driven by a passion for creating, designing, and building large infrastructure for towns and cities. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) and as a licensed engineer in the State of Texas, Pio brings over a decade of experience in Land Development and Civil Infrastructure Design. Their expertise spans a variety of project types, including commercial, residential, industrial, higher education, municipal, senior housing, multifamily, and hospitals. Pio’s technical proficiency in Hydrology and Hydraulics, coupled with their experience in project management, QA&QC, and construction administration, has been instrumental in the successful completion of numerous remarkable projects, such as the Music Activities Center and Biocontainment Research Facility at Texas A&M University, and the Bengal Street Extension in Dallas. Pio continues to contribute to the community welfare through innovative solutions and dedication to solving complex problems.

Why did you choose this career?
I have always had a passion for designing, whether it is in a tiny lot or a large city. The complexity of all the variables involved in the design process has always captured my attention. I believe creating, designing, and building civil infrastructure to improve the quality of life for people is one of the greatest personal satisfactions a human being can experience.
