Richard has been part of the Dunaway fabric since 2001. He has a diverse background in civil engineering including land development, site development, and drainage studies. Richard has the ability to identify the critical details for a project early in planning stages which will determine the success of projects. An outside-of-the-box thinker, he brings unique ideas to a design and enjoys complex development challenges. Notable site development project experience inclujdes Walsh Ranch, Edwards Ranch (Clearfork, Riverhills, and Overland), and Tavolo Park.

What's the best piece of advice you have ever recieved?
I'd prefer to offer some advice: You are the only person in control of your life. Make your own day, week, year, career, life. Find happiness in what you have and you will never be unhappy. Cut your own deals, make your own decisions, and work your hardest to make sure they were the correct decisions.
