Reeves County District Hospital is a new 106,550 square foot facility located on 12.58 acres with 251 parking spaces. Dunaway provided civil engineering services, a traffic impact analysis and LEED documentation for public and private improvements.
Private infrastructure included roadway design, parking lot paving, site grading and drainage improvements to connect to Public storm drain infrastructure, domestic and fire water line connections to Public mains, sanitary sewer service and proposed building and utility connections to serve proposed building.
Public infrastructure included 983 linear feet of 15” and 248 linear feet of 12” sanitary sewer pipelines to replace existing lines within the Meadowbrook Drive right-of-way and 1,626 linear feet of 8” water lines. TxDOT roadway connections for proposed driveway design to be incorporated into a Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) construction permit plan set and processed through the TxDOT Odessa District.
A Traffic Impact Analysis was performed on 14 separate intersections to evaluate the anticipated traffic impacts with the proposed development.
LEED documentation was provided for the management of the on site stormwater runoff in conformance with the LEED New Construction v4 Version for Rainwater Management.
