Located in East Austin near Lady Bird Lake is The Hatchery, a mixed-use master-planned development featuring three mixed-use urban infill buildings. Dunaway’s structural team partnered with SixthRiver Architects and Bartlett Cocke General Contractors on the project, which features a creative office building with ground floor parking, a build-to-suit office structure featuring a pocket plaza tucked underneath the building, and a second-floor terrace.
