Creekside High School is being transformed from an existing Ninth Grade Center into a 295,000-square-foot comprehensive high school designed to support a growing student population and evolving educational needs. Dunaway is providing master planning, civil engineering, surveying, traffic engineering, and structural engineering services to deliver a cohesive, future-ready campus. The expansion includes a three-story classroom wing, performing arts theater, competition and practice gymnasiums, and enhanced athletic facilities, all connected by covered breezeways to create a more unified and accessible environment.
The 116-acre site expansion introduces flexible learning spaces, an outdoor events plaza, and a redesigned campus entrance to improve circulation and access. Dunaway’s civil and structural solutions address complex site conditions, including grading strategies aligned with structural requirements and the conversion of an existing detention system to a more efficient gravity-fed design. Together, these improvements position Creekside High School to better serve students, faculty, and the surrounding community for years to come.
